UK delivery.
Estimated delivery: 7–10 working days from confirmed payment.
Prints are produced to order. This estimate allows time to arrange your print, produce it and deliver it to your UK address. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Standard UK delivery costs £3.99 for one unframed print and is included in the total shown before checkout. Each checkout is for one print. Custom-size orders are quoted separately.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guaranteed. Production and courier delays may extend delivery, particularly during busy periods. If your print has not arrived after 10 working days, contact DJA Photo Prints with your order details to check its progress. Contact details will be supplied before the shop opens.
Returns & refunds.
Changed your mind?
For standard catalogue prints, you can cancel before delivery or within 14 days after the day your print arrives, without giving a reason. Notify DJA Photo Prints with your name, order reference and decision to cancel. Contact details will be supplied before the shop opens. You then have 14 days to send the print back.
We will provide return instructions and the return address. You pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. Please package the print securely and keep proof of posting. You may inspect it as you would in a shop; a deduction may apply for loss in value caused by excessive handling.
Your refund
For a cancelled order returned in full, we refund the print price and the original standard delivery charge. Refunds go to the original payment method, with no refund fee, within 14 days of receiving the print back or receiving evidence that you sent it, whichever is earlier.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect prints
Contact us as soon as possible with your order details and a description of the problem. Photos of the print and packaging can help us resolve it. We will cover reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrect goods and arrange the refund, replacement or other remedy you are entitled to under UK consumer law. Your rights are not limited to the change-of-mind period.
Personalised or bespoke orders
Any exclusion from change-of-mind cancellation for clearly personalised prints or goods made to your individual specifications will be explained before you order. Standard catalogue prints retain cancellation rights even when printed after ordering. Rights for faulty or misdescribed goods still apply.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Returns are handled by DJA Photo Prints; please contact us for instructions rather than returning items directly to the printer.

Information and purposes
When you contact us or order through Stripe, we receive details such as your name, email, delivery address, chosen photograph and size, payment status and correspondence. We use these to answer enquiries, arrange printing and delivery, and handle returns. Providing order and delivery details is necessary to fulfil an order. Full card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout, not this website.
Lawful bases
We use information to take steps you request before a sale and perform our contract with you; meet legal accounting obligations; and pursue legitimate interests in resolving disputes, preventing fraud and keeping the service secure. We do not use order details for unsolicited marketing.
Service providers
Stripe processes payments. Photobox and delivery providers receive the details needed to produce and deliver your order. Email and website hosting providers support enquiries and site operation. Their services may process information outside the UK; their privacy notices explain applicable locations and safeguards: Stripe, Photobox and OpenAI. Contact us for information about arrangements affecting your order.
Keeping information
We retain information only as needed for your enquiry, order, returns, dispute resolution and applicable legal record-keeping duties. Retention depends on the record’s purpose and those duties; records are reviewed and removed when no longer needed.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or transfer your data. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact DJA Photo Prints to exercise these rights; legal record-keeping duties may limit deletion. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
